Dallas Flights

The city of Dallas is served by two airports, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport. Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is the busiest airport in the state of Texas. In terms of air traffic movement, this is the third busiest airport in the world, while in terms of passenger movements, it is the sixth busiest in the world. Located between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, it is so large that it is run almost like a city having its own post office and all kinds of public utilities. It has officially been designated as a city as well.

Dallas Love Field Airport, located in the northwestern part of the city began its operation in 1958. It was the main airport for the city till 1974 when Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport started its operations.

Love Field Airport is one of the focus cities for Southwest Airlines, which operate non stop services for various domestic destinations. American Eagle and Continental Express also operate their services from this airport.
